Hi, I am Rinna, the chairperson of the center. Pertubuhan Kebajikan Kanak-kanak Selangor was established since 2004. I took over the center after my mom passed away. It was the new beginning of my journey. Currently, we have 27 normal and OKU kids. Most of them are able to eat or bath by themself without any help from us. Whenever they are sick, we take them to the hospital or clinic. The main reason I take over this center is that I feel happy when taking care of them, our kids have no one else other than us. I feel happy to see our home is benefiting those kids in need. I didn’t feel or faced any difficulties in taking care of them. Our expenses are more than RM18,000 per month, mainly just for food, workers allowance, maintenance, school, transportation, medication, rental, utility, and fuel. We really need help from the public by donating. Also, we need financial support to renovate our center due to the flood that happened last year.
